Job Responsibilities
• Participate in all phases of the designing process, from ideation through final delivery
• Visualizing ideas from brainstorming meetings with foreign clients.
• Quickly drawing and designing something based on the brief to show how it might look if we go with this idea.
• Designing creative items such as company-branding materials such as brochures, presentation slides, infographics, event materials, banners, advertisements, campaigns, etc.
• Communicate with client and other designers and make the required adjustments to projects
• Present ideas, mockups, and design comps in meetings
• Partner with the marketing team to polish advertisement materials
• Constantly stay educated on the latest changes and trends in the art and design realm
• Maintain our clients’ brand guidelines throughout the creative process Primary Requirements
• Ability to produce meaningful and conceptual artwork based on brief
• Ability to visualize ideas by participating in brainstorming sessions with team members
• A natural talent for hand drawing
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign & Drawing pens • Fluency in English in terms of spoken and written communication
• Knowledge of typography and design
• Be able to work at evening shift (4 pm to 1 am)
• Detail-oriented and well organized • Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn new programs and design new techniques
• Experienced with designing print and online marketing materials
